President and Founder Diane has over 35 years experience in the business world as a corporate controller. She is well versed in managerial accounting, financial accounting and taxation. She has obtained the Enrolled Agent designation and is enrolled to practice before IRS, allowing her to represent her clients. Diane received her BA in Accounting and her Master of Accounting (MAcc) with a Concentration in Taxation at Kennesaw State University, in Kennesaw, Georgia. She is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, as well as a member of Peachtree Accountants Network. Diane's integrity is steadfast. She has designed many accounting systems that were Sarbanes Oxley compliant long before Sarbanes Oxley existed; doing so by implementing internal controls with checks and balances backed up by enforcement through spot-checks and mini-audits. Implementing controls such as these minimize risk. Through maintaining knowledge of current tax laws she is able to provide effective tax planning and preparation, both business and individual. Her continuing professional education requirements in order to maintain her Enrolled Agent license allows her to stay abreast of current tax law.
