PLEASE DO NOT PAY A SUB-CONTRACTOR UNTIL YOU HAVE a W-9  FORM ON FILE.

For all sub-contractors you MUST have a W-9 on file. Please click the link below, print and have each sub-contractor fill out, sign and return to you.  At year-end you (the company) must send out form 1099s for each sub-contractor who earns $600 or more.

You will also send a form 1096 recap with copies of the 1099s to the Social Security Office.

If you need assistance in complying with these federal rules please contact our office.

We offer this service at year-end (along with preparing  and filing employee W-2s.
